FINDING MY DREAM DRESS

There are many ways to start your search for your dream dress. You can consult a wedding planner, talk to your friends or follow @ladybirdbridal on Instagram and Pinterest accounts to get inspired.  Additionally, visit www.ladybird.nl website to explore different styles, silhouettes and trends and then save your favorites. We also recommend you to subscribe to the Ladybird newsletter to stay up to date with our latest news and happenings.
Ladybird wedding dresses are available in boutiques around the world. You can buy a Ladybird gown from one of our many authorized dealers. Please check out find your nearest store and book your appointment. If you are looking for a specific gown, please call your nearest store to check availability.  
We recommend 9-12 months before your wedding day. If your wedding date is sooner or you have decided to get married spontaneously, we also have dresses you can try on and take home with you on the same day.  
To be fully prepared for the big day, most brides order their dress 6-8 months in advance. This gives enough time to customize your  dress and plan comfortably your fittings so that you look and feel heavenly in your dream dress.

We believe that finding and purchasing your dream dress is a personal and unforgettable experience that requires the expert advice of our stylists in one of our boutiques. For this reason, we do not offer to date an online shopping experience.

PLANNING YOUR VISIT  

Every bride is unique but they have one thing in common. They all want to feel beautiful! We invite you to be part of our bridal dream and experience that special feeling in our bridal stores.
Your health and safety have always been our top priority. Each authorized dealer has the proper measurements to keep you and your guests safe during your appointment.
The number of guests you can bring with you depends on local regulations.  Please contact your nearest store.
Absolutely! Our recommendation is that you choose your friends and loved ones carefully and limit them to 2-3 people to help you in the selection of your dream dress.   Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can come with the following number of guests based on the local legal restrictions. Our recommendation is to confirm with the store before assisting to your appointment
It depends on the location. To find a Ladybird authorized dealer near you, use our store locator on the Ladybird website. If you search the name of your store in Google you will find current opening hours information.  

MY FIRST APPOINTMENT  

An appointment will ensure you receive personalized expert advice from the store stylists and will make finding your dream dress a wonderful and unforgettable experience.  Please request your appointment online through the Ladybird website. 
After requesting your appointment online, a stylist will contact you via telephone or email to arrange the best day and hour for your appointment.  When you arrive, she will assist you with the selection of styles for you to try on.
The duration of in-store appointments depends on the day of the week and the authorized dealer schedule.

As each authorized dealer works differently, it is recommended to ask before your appointment. Your expert stylist will do everything she can to help you find your Ladybird dress. 
As expert bridal stylists, they will explain how the dress can be fitted to your size.
First of all, size is just a number. We believe that everybody and bride deserves to look and feel beautiful!  We recommend sharing this information before your visit in order the store to prepare all necessary samples. Ladybird dresses range from EU size 32 – 60 (UK size 6 – 34).
Customization or personalization is possible with selected Ladybird gowns. Your expert stylist can advise and recommend what customizations can be made to which gown. The most popular type of customizations includes  adapting the train length, variations in the shape and/or depth of the neckline, sleeve lengths, making the dress sleeveless, or choosing a different color.

Ladybird adheres to the highest quality standards with the most expert technical team who performs in-depth quality check of each and every one of the dresses before they are delivered to the stores. During this process, they ensure that each dress is perfect, and it meets the exact measurements required.

ONCE YOU HAVE PURCHASED YOUR DRESS:  

As each authorized dealer works differently, it is recommended to ask the store as they will explain the fitting process. The cost of alterations is not always included in the price of the gown. Please discuss this with your bridal stylists.
If you are flying, make sure your wedding gown adheres to your airline's carry-on requirements. Check ahead with the airline that you will sufficiently space to store the dress.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING: 

All our dresses include an inner label with dry cleaning instructions. Please follow these carefully.  For each item there is a care and conservation recommendation, that you can find on the composition label included in the dress or the accessory. As they are garments made with delicate fabrics and finishes,  we recommend you use a specialist cleaner.
